I'm really surprised at this. Cedar Fair, at least at Cedar Point, has been very compliant with ADA requirements, adding elevators to many attractions to make them accessible. It even added an elevator to Disaster Transport at the start of what everybody knew was going to be its final year of existence. I would be interested to hear their explanation.
