Dear All,
I came across this video about a previous Disney project in Australia just now on YouTube... fascinating to watch, so I thought I'd share it with all of you!

Given Wonderland, Sega World, Fox Studios, El Caballo Blanco, African Lion Safari, Bullen's Animal World, Magic Kingdom Sydney, Manly Fun Fair, Manly Waterworks, Mount Druitt Waterworks, Old Sydney Town, O'Neill's Adventureland all failed, and Wet N Wild Sydney was sold off by a desperate Village Roadshow... Sydney has not proven to be a good market for Theme parks.
Even the Cherished Luna Park Sydney spent many years sitting idle.
It sounds like a fantastic project idea, but I can't see how Disney could have a practical presence in the Australian entertainment industry, beyond an Aluani style development.

Involved in a brownfield rehab project in Belgium.
Realy worthfull, but ALWAYS on a strictly regional scale.
