Will Western Playland be rebranded as Nickelodeon Universe?

If you guys know that there's an amusement park in New Mexico, Western Playland. I went there as a little kid.

Since a Nickelodeon Universe park opened in Mall of America in 2008, I was thinking that if Viacom buys Western Playland and rebrand it as the first outdoor Nickelodeon Universe park.

Viacom is not in the theme park business anymore - they dumped all of their interests back in the 00's. The Nickelodeon Universes at Mall of America and American Dream are licensing deals where the operators (Triple Five Group) lease the IP rights and manage the indoor parks. The American Dream project is going to consume the resources of the operators for at least the next year, so I highly doubt they will be looking to increase their stakes by purchasing existing properties, certainly not one in a lower tier market like El Paso.
