Let's start off by saying that you're not embarrassed to like these rides, but just some rides that aren't super popular at the parks but you enjoy?

Muppet Vision
Primeval Whirl
E.T Adventure.
The ride is so old and outdated, but there's just a retro cool aura to it..
I also love E.T. Another favorite at USO is Kang & Kodos' Twirl & Hurl. Yeah, it's just a simple spinner, but they're my favorite Simpsons characters and I love the irreverent humor.
At WDW I like both the People Mover and Carousel of Progress... they're so relaxing :-).

SeaWorld in general, everyone hates it so much for Orca captivity, but it is my third favorite theme park franchise

Hands down the People Mover. So simple, but does the trick.
I too also like One Fish Two Fish. I end up laughing through most of the ride!
