What are you looking forward to the most?
I think the Universal expansion should be grouped as one entity, not three separate ones. That is the one I'm looking forward to the most, and the reason I've scheduled two vacations totaling three weeks to Universal.
Of these I think Gringotts and avatar land
But don't forget of Busch Gardens with Falcons Fury
