Artist??
I would like to have a job as an artist...silhouette, portrait at a theme park where I can make a decent living.

You may want to try Universal, or Sea World...depends on where you live. A "decent" living at a theme park might be hard to come by though...

It would depend on where you live...
The big theme park companies typically post job openings on their websites. Openings for artists may be few and far between, but keep your eyes open.
The above writers are right that you need to look at parks where you live. (If you live in Nebraska, you'll never get an interview for a job at Disneyland.) Try to meet people at the park where you're interested in working - use friends of friends, etc. And let everyone you meet know that you'd like an artist job at a park.
Good luck!
Actually, most theme parks (or those that I've worked at, at the very least) contract this type of work out.
