Funny, I have heard the exact opposite about the smoothness of the ride. The person also used the word "Butter" but only that it was far from being butter smooth.
I rode the new Hulk yesterday. My spouse and I were both really disappointed. We expected it to be much smoother than it was. It may have been where we sat but it also felt slower than before. So with it feeling slower and just as rough as before I wonder if there was a reason unknown that it has been rebuilt?

Someone who rode today told me it was still a tire launch :(. He said the soundtrack was great and the queue is air conditioned. Also, he said the ride is butter smooth and is more comfortable than before.
