What should USJ do with New York and San Francisco?

Now that Universal Studios Japan has announced that Spider-Man will close next year and that Terminator and Backdraft will never reopen, what should the Osaka theme park do next with these three attraction buildings and the lands around them?

Well, the long rumored replacement has been a Pokémon themed land.

It would be a bit of tight fit but if they kept the current store fronts but removed Backdraft they could squeeze in the Jurassic World ride from Beijing with a bridge connecting it to the current Jurassic Park land. All though the Flying Dinosaur is kind of in the way but I'm sure they could somehow work around it.

For the Spiderman building that's a bit harder since its not next to any land that could expand but they could convert it to a Monsters ride like the one their building at Epic since I believe there using the same ride system. The Pets ride could also work but even better would be something unique to the Osaka resort.
