The park has been heavily invested in and promoted for the last 10 years or so. It kind of reminds me of the old school summer resort that used to be so prevalent around lakes in the midwest. The new owners say they intend to stay the course on the direction the park has been taking, which is a good thing. Coming soon once again is the era of the small, family owned park. I have a lot of fond memories of Indiana Beach. It truly is a throwback in time. It was a great place to take kids or your sweetheart and spend a day. From Adrienne McDonald on February 21, 2008 at 8:20 AM

I went to Indiana Beach just once, probably about 25 years ago. Didn't do any of the rides; we just rented a boat and went around the lake and some of the canals. Sounds like the park has been improved substantially since then, though.
