Looking for the recipe for Epcot Food & Wine Festival's Fisherman's Pie?By Scott Joseph
Published: October 29, 2009 at 9:14 AM The hit at this year's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is the Lobster & Scallops Fisherman's Pie. But because it is new, it wasn't included in the cookbook of festival dishes for sale at the park. But thanks to the generosity of executive chef Jens Dahlmann, I have the recipe on my site. It's fairly intricate -- nothing you throw together in an hour or two -- but for those who love a culinary challenge, the rewards should be satisfying. Here's a link to the recipe.

I have heard nothing but good reviews about the Fisherman's Pie. Thanks for the recipe. From 207.70.142.57 on October 30, 2009 at 10:10 AM
By shear luck, I found the Fisherman's Pie last week just stumbling around World Showcase trying random things. And WOW, what a hit! By far, one of the best choices.
