You'd think the most important thing about a good pizza would be the flour, or the sauce, or the cheese and toppings. Not at Via Napoli, the new pizzeria at Epcot's Italy pavilion. Good review, Scott. I find it surprising that Disney continues to build restaurants that are open in concept and allow for reverberations of loud noise. You think they'd be trying to dampen the noise.

Also, looks like you and Robert are in agreement about the fritto misto. Definitely a must-taste next time I'm around.

A more substantive review would have helped me more with my dining decision.
