Are there any special birthday offerings at Legoland?

Legoland California: I don't mean like their party packages, but like at Disneyland where they can get a 'today is my birthday' sticker from city hall, and a 'chat' with a character.

I was wondering if there was anything special offered for birthday kids at Legoland? I don't mean like their party packages, but like at Disneyland where they can get a 'today is my birthday' sticker from city hall, and a 'chat' with a character. Something along those lines. AKA Free or at little cost.

Thanks. I guess this park is not so widely-traveled as DL since no one knows. I will have to call myself! I'll update if I find out anything.
