The bankruptcy court handling Arrow has approved the company's sale to S&S Power.

Here is the press release from Arrow.

Denise Dinn, former president of Custom Coasters, is heading the division of S&S that will include Arrow.

Arrow is the builder of rides such as Magic Mountain's X and Disneyland's Matterhorn.

It's sad to see such a widely popular company go out of business, but it should be in good hands with Dan Checketts.

Sad that Arrow, the company responsible for the modern roller coaster and most of its elements has gone under, but Im glad to see that the tradition will keep going with S&S..who all of the sudden may be challenging intamin for ride supremacy. S&S suddenly has the capability to build whatever ride or coaster you want, and their vertical and launch rides are waves of the future. I'm interested to see what S&S can do with the Arrow technology combined with their own.
