Summer Nightastic

Walt Disney World: What's your opinion.

As most probably know, Disney world will be hosting its own version of Summer Nightastic this year. I for one am excited bout the main street electrical parade return. The TOT upgrade sounds a bit confusing. Excited to see new fireworks as well. What do you guys think?

It's nice that they are doing this although i would prefer a new attraction opening. The electrical parade is the only theme park parade i stop to watch and have watched it many times at DCA, east coast fans will be pleased. I'm sure the TOT changes will be minimal but lets wait and see.

I am looking forward to all three things. TOT will only improve with another drop, I didn't think the effects needed updating, but whatever we get, I'll take. I still think they should improve other things with that money like The Great Movie Ride perhaps. I liked SpectroMagic, so the electrical Parade should be even better, based on what people have said about it over the years. Wishes is truly breathtaking in my opinion, and I have no doughts that Disney will conjure up quite the extravaganza for the the Nightasticc. I hope to visit Disney during either August (hopefully Nightastic will continue late into the summer or into early fall) or sometime during the fall.

I never visit the parks during the summer, so I won't get to witness any of the new stuff. However, the TOT changes are the most intriguing. Any chance the additional drop will hang around past summer?

This whole new stuff there year is just a reaction to the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opening this year.

Thanks for hitting us with the obvious stick there.

I've seen reports that the new fireworks show will be a variation on the fireworks from the Pirates and Princess Party. If that's the case, this is a good thing. That show (which is viewable right from TPI's Youtube page - look for the Magic, Music and Mayhem Fireworks Spectacular (you're welcome)) is easily my favorite MK show.

I think people raised on Spectro may have a hard time swallowing the MSEP, but I'm pretty psyched about it showing back up in Florida. I may have to break my vow of sanity and head down there over the summer to check it out.

i think they need to change the great movie ride to the great movie coaster, the trains could be shaped like judy garland and humphrey bogart
