Alright so like I have stated probably 15 times by now, planning a trip for December for Universal/IOA and a Disney park. We first said we would do the Very Merry Christmas party, but since we just went to MK in October and he hasn't been to Epcot in so long we were thinking about spending the extra 30 bucks and go to Epcot for the day.

What is TPI opinion of Very Merry Christmas? What makes it so special and different than just going to the park. Also know, we just went to the Not so Scary Halloween Party and LOVED it.

Yes, its worth it!

If you liked the Halloween Party, you will LOVE the Christmas one. There is free Christmas Cookies and Hot Chocolate along with shows, fireworks, and a parade. Its defiantly worth it, especially since Christmas is really Disney's thing (Universal goes all out for Halloween).

However, it seems the question is whether to do that or EPCOT.....

I would do EPCOT because they too have holiday fun including my most favorite Christmas event, Candlelight Processional!

Everything Anthony said plus the special MVMCP firework display make it a must-do.
