Walt Disney World: Why not more merchandise at Disney World?

Anyone have any idea why Disney has not incorporated more Marvel themed merchandise into the WDW parks? We were there this past week and only found a small section in a few stores dedicated to Marvel. I understand that they can't build a Superhero attraction in a day but is a shirt to much to ask for?

They should of had shirts there since the Disney stores hsve them. Maybe they were sold out.

Disney in Florida is also a little unsure if they want to be promoting the Marvel characters (and by proxy Universal Islands of Adventures) when they are taking such a thorough beating from them in the form of a teenager who needs to learn how to comb his hair.

Hollywood Studios had a bunch of Marvel shirts at Villans in Vogue when we were there last September. We bought our sons Captain America shirts along with some toys. We also saw hero merchandise at Downtown Disney. It is there, you just have to really look for it.

Mouse Gear in Epcot has some Marvel things also.

But I ask you, Why more? Disney owns lots of brands, there aren't a lot of ABC TV things for sale and that part of Disney is far larger than Marvel.
