Shanghai Disneyland – The leaks keep coming out about rides that may show up at the new park. While nothing is set in stone until the paint is bought, it appears that there will be Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh queues for the real star of the show: the FastPass kiosks.
Universal Hollywood – Construction continues on the miniature golf course. I don't know how many people here know who Kevin Smith is....he is the guy who plays Silent Bob while writing and directing all of the movies that he has been in. Anyway, Kevin Smith and all of his friends occupy and broadcast podcasts from the top floor of the Jon Lovitz Comedy Club on the CityWalk not close, but definitely in the neighborhood of the new miniature golf course. Of the many friends and stars that do live podcasting is Katie Morgan from Kevin Smith’s Zach and Miri movie, among other things. While it is quite a distance away, rumor has it that if you hit the window with a golf ball and interrupt Katie’s podcast you can win a free t-shirt that says, "My stroke silenced Katie Morgan". ((And do yourself a favor and don't try to do an image search of Katie Morgan while at work...fair warning))
Monkey Kingdom (China) – More details and artwork has leaked out about this project showing that they will have many more FastPass kiosks than Shanghai Disneyland. Their FastPasses are also going to be smaller and faster and probably better organized.
Legoland Forida – With 99 days to go before opening, the park is on schedule and ready to open with a full spectrum of exciting FastPass kiosks made out of Legos.
Not a whole lot of news if you filter out all of the people who were hurt this week. Stay safe out there! I'm to the point that I would report on a water skiing squirrel....or pig racing....
