Music for Theme Park Attractions : You Choose

What songs would you choose for your favourite theme park rides.

Following on from the Weird Al thread it got me thinking about music that we might choose, ourselves, to play on a theme park attraction in place of the existing soundtracks.

I thought I'd get the ball rolling by selecting an easy one :

Kool & the Gang's " Jungle Boogie " on the Jungle Cruise.

What are your ideas ?

My blog, The Pygmy Post features a playlist of "junglesque" songs (and more!) that could fit, including your "Jungle Boogie".

I'd love to see a Thriller scene in the Haunted Mansion as a zombified Captain EO makes a cameo in the graveyard scene. What, too soon?

I'd put "Leaving Hogwarts" at the end of Forbidden Journey. I'd also like to hear the music on the Jurassic Park Ride in Hollywood at Orlando's version.

Hedwig's Theme as you board Forbidden Journey

It's the first 11 seconds or so, it makes me so excited

Andy, I'm pretty sure you know this already, but Hedwig's Theme already does play during the boarding of Forbidden Journey. This post is about what you WANT to hear at the rides.

Ooooooooooooooh :P
In that case, I would want the Terminator theme to play anywhere in the Terminator show...unless it already does too :P

Mark : Is that the Jerry Reed that was in the "Smokey & the Bandit " movies ? He was great.......and the song fits BTTM really well.

I like Anthony's pick for Space Mtn too. Excellent stuff guys.

RobP, Yesiree sure is! "Eaaast bound and dooooown, loaded up and truckin'...

Almost went with Convoy by C.W. McCall. Yeah, I love 70's freedom-of-the-road movies. Gumball Rally is another great one.
