I'd love to see everybody's Top Ten List for your favorite attractions in Walt Disney World, choosing from the 4 parks (not including Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, or DisneyQuest) and rank your top 10 from 4 parks in 1 list. Here is mine...

1. Space Mountain, Magic Kingdom
2. Rock "n" Roller Coaster, Disney's Hollywood Studios
3. Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Disney's Hollywood Studios
4. Expedition Everest, Animal Kingdom
5. Test Track, Epcot
6. Dinosaur, Animal Kingdom
7. Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, Disney's Hollywood Studios
8. Haunted Mansion, Magic Kingdom
9. Sum of All Thrills, Epcot
10. Mickey's PhilharMagic, Magic Kingdom

My notable attractions missing my Top Ten list are Splash Mountain, Soarin', Toy Story Mania!, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Spaceship Earth.

That's what makes me want to see others' lists because there will be attractions that miss out on some people's lists.

TH,

What? No Canoes? The Frontierland equivalent of the Jungle Cruise? Surely that beats the Walt Disney Story, which was essentially recreated over at the Studios.

(That said and kidding aside, I love the idea of listing favorite dead attractions, too.)

Mr. Niles,

Um ... the "equivalent of the Jungle Cruise?"

I accept your unstated, but all-too-justified apology.

The Haunted Mansion is the theme park equivalent to The Beatles. The GODFATHER of dark rides. While working on MIBAA it was referenced with GREAT REVERENCE ... constantly.

You are not a real Floridian until you make-out with someone on the Haunted Mansion.

It is ALMOST as significant a contribution to theme park entertainment as the Jungle Cruise at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom.

Almost.

Where to start so many to leave to 10 but here it goes.
1. Tower of Terror
2. Expedition Everest
3. Mission Space
4. POTC
5. Haunted Mansion
6. Great Movie Ride
7. Space Mountain
8. Rock and Roll Coaster
9. Toy Story Mania
10. Spaceship Earth

Of course my all time favorite ride which no longer exists "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride"

This would have been easier if it was a top 20 because there are so many must ride everytime I go and I am not sure if this is truly my top 10 but it is the best I could do.
