Are there elevators between the upper lot and lower lot at Universal Hollywood?

Universal Studios Hollywood: According to the Universal website, it looks like people in wheelchair use transportation to the Lower Lot.

I don't see any elevator sign on the Universal map. I just see the stairs.

There are elevators to the lower lot.

Sometimes I see a security guard right next to it, so I believe they reserve them for guest who need them, but one is available.

There is an elevator located next to the escalators on the upper lot, which will take you to a shuttle that will bring you the rest of the way down to the lower lot. Same trip in reverse to return.
