Does being a good neighbor hotel mean good quality?
Disneyland: Disneyland has a list of good neighbor hotels.
Any idea?

Typically there are more budget brands, but there are hyatts, hiltons etc near by. The quality of the Holiday inns and the like are a bit higher since they are in a more traffic heavy location
Yes, being a good neighbor hotel means there is a certain quality about the place that Disney approves of. However, Disney doesn't perpetually inspect the hotels, so no perfection is promised.
Sometimes, (don't quote me on this) but some perks that the Disney resorts have are shared with some of the GN hotels, like extra passes or extra hours.
Not really......a good neighbor just means that you aren't dumping your bags of grass and empty beer bottles over the fence...
Actually, if it was a certain kind of grass, that might qualify as a GREAT neighbor! ;)
