While putting together a project commemorating Chicago's Riverview Park, torn down in 1967 after a 63-year run, I stumbled upon Theme Park Insider. In 1958 and 1959 I worked at Riverview on the Bobs, the Pair-O-Chutes and the Hot Rods. Thought to simply check in and make myself available to anyone who might want talk about Riverview. I can be reached at franklurz@gmail.com.

Hi Frank,

Being from Chicago, maybe a Riverwalk article is in order! Please feel free to contact me! I am always looking for new stories!

Uncanny timing...I was already working on a piece for the History series. Would love to hear some stories. Sending an email.

I rode Riverview's Carousel at its modern home in Georgia.

Favorite. Carousel. Ever.
