About Edge of Africa

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Edge of Africa offers the most intense safari experience outside Africa, where the world’s most fascinating animals can be encountered closer than ever before. Within a 15-acre re-creation of the African Serengeti, this walking tour allows guests to discover hippopotamuses, giraffes, lions, lemurs, meerkats, crocodiles and hyenas. -- Last edited by Justin Kermgard

9/10. It's really cool to see all the animals up close. - Nicholas Gammon

It is a nice place to see all sorts of animals like Crocodiles, Zebra's and lots more! - Katie G-Desjardins

very cool. there are lemurs, meerkats, a giant crocodile, vultures, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, etc. my favorites are the lions which are up against the glass a lot. its extremely cool if you come here during sunset because the lions start roaring and you can hear them from a long way away. - roxy m
