A New Jersey teenager died after being hit by a truck at Six Flags Great Adventure at the park last week, according to reports.

Justin Dill, 19, of Middletown, was stringing lights near the fountain at the entrance of the park when he was hit by a lift truck on Friday. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later passed away. Local police and OSHA officials are investigating the incident.

"We are deeply saddened by our colleague's passing and our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time," Six Flags said in a statement. "The foundation of our company and the industry is safety, and we are conducting a comprehensive investigation into this incident."
