Tortilla Jo's in the Downtown Disney district in Anaheim is celebrating Dia de los Muertos with a weeklong celebration, starting tonight and running through Nov. 1.
The restaurant is offering a special holiday three-course meal for $32, including a roasted beet and butternut squash salad, a choice of main course (Tamales de Mole Negro or Pork Chops), and flan for dessert. Three specialty cocktails are available during the event, as well.
From 11am-2pm on Sunday, the restaurant will host a special kids event, featuring arts and crafts, cookie decoration, pumpkin and face painting and a pinata at 1:30. But the big celebration is on Nov. 1 (Dia de los Muertos), from 5:30-9pm, and it will include a complimentary tequila tasting.
