I know it’s far away, but when does Halloween time at Disneyland start? I’ve been there during Christmas time, but never Halloween. I wanted to check it out this year.

Like Robert said, it has traditionally started on the second Friday after Labor Day, but this year it started a week earlier than in the past (September 7th). If you're going specifically for Halloween, anytime from mid-September to the end of October should work, though for crowd purposes I recommend going by early October if possible.
