I just thought I would share our families' attempt at the Grapefruit Cake from Robert's Social Distancing Kitchen. We think it turned out pretty good! Like our Mickey garnish?

Thank you both! Half our family loved it and the other half aren't big fans of the grapefruit flavor. We think we may adapt the recipe into a strawberry or lemon cake.
Here is our version of the cake with lemon filling instead of grapefruit!
