DreamWorks has filed trademark applications for Haddock Paddock and Hooligan's Grog & Gruel, which seem like matches for the How to Train Your Dragon land in Epic Universe. The application for the first suggests a meet and greet or live performance area, while the second is likely some form of food service location.
In addition, Universal has filed a trademark application for The Guild of Mystics. This one is for a retail store.
