On November 30th, my vault cart got stuck just before we reached the exit of the ride. We had to be helped of the ride, and got shuttled through the underbelly of Diagon Alley to our freedom. Anyone else experienced this? I am hearing of other breakdown incidents similar to this one.

First time I rode, on the media party night, the ride broke down just after the drop, so we went through the rest of the ride in a "safe" mode, with the audio out of synch with the video, the motion bases off, and the coaster moving at half-speed. But we stayed on, rode it again for a perfect ride, and I've had no troubles on additional rides since then.
