Disney today announced a new name for its refurbished Luigi's ride at Disney's California Adventure: Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters.
The new name for the reconstructed Luigi's Flying Tires first had been reported as Luigi's Festival of the Dance, but this new name at least sounds much more fun.
The new ride will do away with the "ride on an air hockey table" ride system that Luigi's offered before, in favor of a new "trackless" ride system, such as the one on the Aquatopia ride at Tokyo DisneySea (minus the layer of water across the ride floor, of course).
