Griffon begins 'soft openings'

May 14, 2007, 4:27 PM · Busch Gardens Europe's Griffon which has apparently been testing with park employees, finally opened "softly" to the public on Mother's Day! Unadvertised, many surprised guests got a chance to experience the world's tallest and at least for a short time only floorless in the world! I had a chance to ride and it truly was a great ride! And is expected, the ride area is up to Busch's usual high standards! Great job BGE!
