What's the best thing to eat at a theme park, round 1: Disneyland's Corn Dogs or DisneySea's Gyoza Dogs?

July 23, 2008, 9:11 AM · So which is the top dog at the world's theme parks? (Apologies for the wretched pun.) Today, we match up the Corn Dogs from Disneyland's Main Street U.S.A. with an Asian twist on the same concept, the Gyoza Dogs from Tokyo DisneySea.

Campaign for your favorite (or, at least, explain to Westerners what a "Gyoza Dog" is) in the comments.

Yesterday, the Cheddar Cheese soup from Le Cellier Steakhouse at Epcot's Canada pavilion eliminated the Buffalo BBQ Fried Chicken Wrap from Mythos at Universal's Islands of Adventure.

    Anyway, what is the diference

July 23, 2008 at 3:28 PM · Please, please vote for Gyoza Dogs! If they win, maybe Disney will be encouraged to bring them to the U.S.!

Imagine a cross between a Bao and a Gyoza (in other words, a Hom Bow and a Potsticker). A "dog" of perfectly seasoned sausage meat inside a delicious bread casing. The perfect size to be a light lunch or a hearty snack.

If this contest was "what's the longest line people will stand in to buy a theme park treat", the finals would probably be Gyoza Dogs vs. Dole Whips.
