Legoland California celebrates its 10th birthday
Legoland California celebrated its 10th birthday today.
The Carlsbad, California theme park debuted its new 4D movie to mark the occasion, Bob the Builder and the Roller Coaster.
I wasn't able to make it down for the day, but am told that the park announced another new attraction at the event. Dune Raiders will debut in the Land of Adventure for the Fourth of July holiday. The play area will feature several lanes of side-by-side racing slides, as well as enclosed tube slides.
Legoland's set the standard for the industry over the past several years by consistently adding new attractions each year. (The Land of Adventure area, with the Lost Kingdom Adventure shoot-'em-up as its centerpiece, was last year's addition.)

Congrats to Legoland in these trying times.
If this is their 10th, I was there their 1st or 2nd... that's cool! I've heard it's gotten better and really expanded since then... I haven't been out there in a while.
