The First Order baddie will meet fans in rotation with Darth Vader in the Star Wars-themed exhibit halls at Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort, starting next month. Vader and Chewbacca currently handle the bulk of the meet and greet duties at the Launch Bay, though Boba Fett and First Order stormtroopers have appeared from time to time.
In addition to the character meet and greets, the Launch Bay displays props, models and costumes from the Star Wars films, in addition to offering a themed gift shop that includes high-end collectibles inspired by the Star Wars films. In addition to the impending Kylo Ren meet and greet, the new Star Wars movie, The Force Awakens, is featured in Disney's Star Tours ride, where a new scene takes riders on a flight through the wrecked Imperial Star Destroyer on the desert planet of Jakku, where much of the early action in the new film takes place.
