Live from Orlando: What to Watch Online This Week

January 28, 2016, 3:05 PM · The top Orlando theme parks will be live-streaming several events over the next week, allowing fans from around the world to watch.

Friday, Jan. 29, 7:30pm ET — Universal Orlando starts the weekend with a live broadcast of the Opening Night Event from this year's Celebration of Harry Potter. The webcast will include invited stars from the Harry Potter films, as well as other invited guests who will be appearing at Universal Studios Florida over the weekend. Saturday, Jan. 30, 6:45pm ET — The next night, Universal will webcast a Q&A panel with the film series stars, with Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Katie Leung (Cho Chang), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), and Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) on the scheduled to participate. Sunday, Jan. 31, 1pm ET — Universal's Harry Potter event continues with a panel on prop design, featuring the series' head prop maker Pierre Brohanna. Watch on Periscope

Tuesday, Feb. 2, 6:45pm ET — The original Fantasmic! might be down for the year at the Disneyland Resort, but fans can get their Fantasmic fix by watching Walt Disney World's live webcast from Disney's Hollywood Studios. The webcast kicks off with a behind-the-scenes look at the production, before the show starts. Watch on disneyparks.com/blog

January 28, 2016 at 5:52 PM · I wonder if USH is gonna have it's own Harry Potter Weekends once their WWOHP opens. Speaking of which, I seriously do highly recommend that you attend the event if you're gonna be anywhere in the Orlando area this weekend if you or someone in your family is huge into Harry Potter. Who knows? You might even get to meet one of the stars! I did the event last year and I will say that this event combined with WWOHP makes UO the place for any and all Potterheads to be this weekend.
