Hall of Presidents is reopening at Disney World... really
This is not a drill. Nor a false alarm, unsubstantiated rumor or idle chit-chit from the deep recesses of the Internet. It's official and confirmed word from Disney — the Hall of Presidents really is reopening tomorrow.
The attraction, which closes for refurbishment with the election of each new President, will reopen with its new President Trump animatronic, several months after what had become the typical reopening time whenever a new President takes office.
Disney has confirmed that Trump has recorded remarks for inclusion of the show, following a tradition established under President Clinton.
Whether Trump was or was not recording a speech for the show fueled rumors about the attraction's status as the anticipated July 4 reopening of the Magic Kingdom show approached... and passed with the production shuttered. Now we know the real story — or at least we can see the results of it, starting tomorrow in Florida.

So cunningly Disney manage to put Trump into the Hall of Presidents by a) making the dummy not look like Trump at all, b) giving him a speech that in a thousand years he'd never make and c) making him coherent for more than two sentences. It's Trump, Jim, but not as we know him....
I always wanted more Goofy in the Magic Kingdom, I guess I have to be careful what I wish for because that is a lot of Goofy.
Audio-Animatronic Donald Trump sounds so much more presidential than the real Donald Trump.
Hate to say it but looks like Disney was 90 percent done with the Hillary robot when the election happened and threw on a wig to make it look like Trump.
It sounds like the start of a joke. Washington, Lincoln and Trump walk into a bar...
They need to change it and have only the most illustrious Presidents speak. NO Trump unless it's his "pussy grabbing" dialogue, to accurately reflect the man's values.
So Disney has two haunted mansions now.
If it wasn't announced that this was supposed to be Trump, just looking at the image of him, I would have wondered if some televangelist had wandered onto the stage. This is probably the worst AA creation I've seen presented by Disney, at least visually. I still feel fortunate that for some reason I can't get the media to play for me, so I don't have to hear it.
I do so wish I had plans for a trip to WDW in the future. At least I could say that I was boycotting the Hall of Presidents intentionally.

I just saw it and I can't believe he approved that AA. The neck looks really strange, just wrong on so many levels....LOL
