Celebrate Halloween with these theme park deals and discounts
With Halloween events happening all over the country, theme parks and attractions are offering plenty of deals this month.
In Southern California, it's "Kids Free October" at San Diego County attractions, including Legoland California, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo. Local hotels also are offering package discounts with area attractions, as well as "kids eat free" or "kids welcome gift" deals. Follow the links to buy or book:
If you are looking specifically for Halloween events, look for available discounts on after-hours parties.
- Knott's Berry Farm: Knott's Scary Farm tickets start at $40.75, with daytime theme park tickets starting at $46.
- Universal Studios Hollywood: Halloween Horror Nights admission starts at $61, with day/night combo tickets starting at $163. For regular, daytime-only tickets, there's a second-day-free special also available now.
- California's Great America: Halloween Haunt tickets start at $38, with daytime general admission starting at $37.50.

The Oogie Boogie Bash at the Disneyland Resort is sold out for the season, but Halloween Time overlays and decorations abound throughout the parks for regular ticket-holders. Check out the available discounts at Disneyland and other theme parks that have transformed for the season.
- Disneyland Resort: Discounts from $13-32 per ticket are available on multi-day passes.
- Legoland California Resort: In addition to the Kids Free October deal, you can save $20-24 on theme park admission.
- San Diego Zoo: The zoo is running its HalGLOWeen program on weekends this month, starting October 11, in addition to offering free kids' admission and adult ticket discounts.
- SeaWorld San Diego: The park is offering a seven-day admission for just $69.99.
- Cedar Point: Ready for Halloweekends? You can tickets for up to $22 off the gate price.
