Walt Disney World prepares a new holiday tradition

October 10, 2019, 12:51 PM · On a normal person's calendar, Halloween remains three weeks away. But for theme park fans, Halloween started a month ago, and we are well on our way toward Christmas.

So let's take a moment to enjoy a new holiday entertainment preview from Walt Disney World, which will debut a new, holiday-inspired version of its nightly Tree of Life projection show in Disney's Animal Kingdom this year.

The new show debuts along with the rest of Animal Kingdom's newly-expanded holiday festivities on November 8. That's also the kick off for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in the Magic Kingdom, which will feature a new fireworks show this year. Disney's Hollywood Studios also welcomes the return of Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam! and Sunset Seasons Greetings that night, though Epcot will hold off until November 29 for its Festival of the Holidays, as the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival continues through November 23.
