The grand opening for Tokyo Disneyland's pandemic-delayed big expansion is just a little over a week away now. To get ready, two of Disney's Imagineers are giving us their insiders' look at one of the park's new attractions, The Happy Ride with Baymax.
This Mater's Junkyard Jamboree-style whip ride will be Disney's first theme park attraction themed to Big Hero 6.
The Happy Ride with Baymax opens September 28 at the Tokyo park, along with Enchanted Tales of Beauty and the Beast, and Minnie's Style Studio. We'll be hearing more about those attractions in the week ahead. Stay tuned!

Although Mater’s is so simple, it just makes me smile everytime I ride. Makes sense to use the same ride design and theme it to Baymax - because it makes you happy!!
