Scarecrow Scrambler is a spinner in Halloween at Holiday World. While it's not the best, it is also recommended. The minimum height to ride is 36 inches.

Standard midway scrambler ride added to Santa Claus Land (Santa Claus land became Holiday World in 1984) in 1975. Must be 48" to ride alone, 36" to ride with an adult companion.
