Bigfire is now serving at Universal Orlando's CityWalk. The replacement for Emeril's features wood-fired meats and vegetables prepared in an open kitchen at the heart of the restaurant.
Universal Orlando's executive chef Steven Jayson talked us through the menu at the restaurant's media preview earlier this month.
You can see the full menu with prices on Universal's website. Based on the tasting portions provided during the media preview, I'm a big fan of the Colorado Lamb Chops [$39] and the Brook Trout [$20], but I didn't find anything on the menu that would be a hard pass from me.
Bigfire is currently open for dinner, starting at 3pm through Saturday and at 4pm after that.
