As the leader of one of the world's top creative companies, Mickey Mouse gets some pretty impressive outfits to wear when he makes his many public appearances. But just when you might have thought that Mickey and his pal Minnie Mouse could not look any more fabulous, the Tokyo Disney Resort drops this:
Now that is some impressive costume design. These are the outfits that Mickey and Minnie will be wearing, starting next month, in Tokyo DisneySea's "It's Christmas Time!" production. The show will play daily in the park's Mediterranean Harbor.
Not only are Mickey and Minnie showing off their New York holiday finest, they are also sporting their more "classic" faces, instead of the ones that have debuted recently in the U.S. theme parks. It's a throwback to a more elegant, nostalgic look for the pair, instead of the contemporary image that Disney's been going for at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
Mickey's changed a lot over the years, but this might be the the best I've seen him. What is your favorite Mickey Mouse look?

I'm just a sucker for the classic black coat and tails with red pants. I know, a lot of options but that one was the Mickey I first saw as a kid and enjoy it still.
Although I have a soft spot for the "astronaut" look he'd boast in the 1980s at EPCOT.
