Time for another giveaway here on Theme Park Insider. This time, we are giving away some of the media event swag from the opening of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Our prize this time is a BB-8 sipper, along with a "Rise of the Resistance"-branded shoulder sling in which to carry the sipper. And we are throwing in a Rise of the Resistance-themed MagicBand, too. (The MagicBand is unlinked, FYI.)

First ones on the ride Thursday for opening day of Rise of the Resistance AND first ones on the Milenium Falcon on opening day (thanks to my 17 yo son waiting in line starting at 2 AM each visit). Much better managed by the cast members this time around.

First time I rode Smugglers Run, I thought it was the best that Disney has ever done (even better than Flight of Passage). Now I can't wait to experience Rise of the Resistance. And I'd love to have some swag to go with the experience. Hope the Force is with me on this one.

RotR has to be one of the best attractions in the world. Was completely blown away by it and felt completely immersed. I was so giddy and had high expectations, but Disney did not let me down!

Really excited for this ride. Smugglers Run ended up kinda disappointing, but I have high hopes for this one... if it overcomes the weird capacity constraints Disney built into *everything* in Galaxy's Edge.
