The Magic Kingdom's newest parade debuted March 9, 2014, and features seven new float units: The Princess Garden, Tangled, Little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Brave, Sleeping Beauty, and "Finale and Mickey’s Airship."
This daytime parade is pretty amazing, I really enjoyed the Festival of Fantasy Parade. Actually, I downright loved it. Unlike almost every Magic Kingdom parade in recent memory, this parade actually feels ambitious, bright, brash, and large in scale and scope. The parade floats are all large, detailed and have a lot of substance to them. The float that has captured everyone’s attention is the steampunk-esque Maleficent float, and this is understandable because it breathes fire, but the Brave, Tangled, Peter Pan, and Monstro floats don’t garner nearly as much attention, despite being quite well done. Do no miss this great parade, everyone will and should simply love it. 9/10
Great quality floats with an amazing Steam Punk Maleficent Dragon. The dancers costumes are so well matched to each floats theme as well. The Tangled characters that are swinging with Flynn Rider on Axes are hysterical, they cut up (no pun intended) with all the guest along the parade route. The only really negative things about this parade is if you have kids dying to see Anna and Elsa without waiting 2+ hours at the Princess Fairy-tale Hall, the float the are on spins and you may or may not see them close.
