This was the accident that finally convinced the Calif. legislature to pass a theme park safety law, as it was the first time at a Disney park when a guest was killed when it was 100 percent the company's fault--no action taken by the guest in any way contributed to his death. My mum, brother and me still have our shirts with the mans blood on them. It was the scariest thing I have every seen envolved in, in my life. We had to write accidents reports on what we saw. -- Submitted by piggieluv on 7/12/2005
