Conservation Station reviews
Theme Park Insider readers offer their ratings and reviews for Conservation Station, a walk through in Rafiki's Planet Watch at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Readers' rating:
Educational displays like you'd find at any average zoo. - Mostly Anonymous The whole Rafiki's Watch area is fine for your local zoo, but underwhelming for Disney. While there are one or two interesting things to do at the Conservation Station (I especially liked the sounds of the rainforest listening stations), there is just not enough "stuff" to justify the round trip time on the train in a park with short hours and better things to do. WDI needs to upgrade this area if they expect me to revisit when I return in 2013. - James Rao This is actually one of the best places in the park for very small children, imo. The train ride to the station is pleasant, the building is nice and cool and air-conditioned, and the petting zoo is nice. Best of all, this is a great place for character meet and greets since it is not crowded. We got our pictures made with Rafiki and Jiminy Cricket and had practically no line. I like it because, unlike the rest of Animal Kingdom, you can actually move around here without being elbow to elbow with other people. - Camille Kirk Zzzzz. - Mark Moore Watch for Pipa the talking trash can to come out and play with the guests in this area. - William Clark A nice exhibit that features the veterinary headquarters of the park and other smaller exhibits within the building. This is worth a look on your visit but only if you have time. I recommend coming here in the middle of the day while you wait for a Kilimanjaro Safaris fastpass to become valid. - Manny Barron More attraction and restaurant ratings:
