Tortuga Tavern's new menu, introduced in October 2015, includes pulled pork, beef brisket, or grilled chicken, served in barbecue sauce on Texas toast, with beans and cole slaw on the side. Tortuga Tavern also will serve roasted corn and vegetable salads, with the option of adding the barbecue chicken or brisket to the salad, for vegetarian or low-carb diners.
The restaurant is open only during peak attendance weeks.
